This consultation is not a therapy session but a chance to explore compatibility before scheduling a full appointment.

During this 60-minute session, we’ll discuss your personal background, past experiences, and any symptoms you may be experiencing. Check-ins may be conducted via phone or secure messaging, ensuring continuity of care and additional support when you need it most.

Our Company

Founded in 2021, our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. In August 2024, we transitioned to specializing exclusively in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment. We utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as our primary approach, while also incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support each client’s unique needs.

Our services are offered via telehealth, ensuring accessible and convenient care. We accept both insurance and private pay options to make treatment more attainable. If additional support is needed, we can provide referrals to trusted professionals in Psychiatry, general psychotherapy, and other relevant services.
